Why Donate?
The West Clermont Middle School PTSO is hosting a FUNdraiser this year in order to raise money for the many programs we support such as:
PBIS REWARDS
GRADE LEVEL DANCES
PACK DAY
STAFF APPRECIATION
PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) rewards including: Student of the Month Breakfast, Way of the Wolf Weekly Reward Cart, and quarterly progress rewards
The PTSO organizes one dance for each grade level including a professional DJ, concessions, and a photo booth
We provide support for the staff throughout the year including dinners during conference nights, appreciation week, classroom/team stipends
PACK Day is our end of the year field day sponsored 100% by PTSO funds! Inflatables, yard games, Kona Ice, hot dogs, and more!
How Does It Work?
Your child will receive an email (in their school email account) from 99Pledges.com with your student’s fundraising page. Just share the page with friends and family via email, Facebook, text and/or whatever other means you feel are effective. Include a personal message to let your supporters know their generous donation is going to support a good cause. If you do not receive the email from 99Pledges, you can find your student’s page as follows:
1. Go to WCMS FUNdraiser 2025
2. Click on the search bar with the magnifying glass icon that reads “search for participant” and type your student’s name. First Name, Last Initial
3. Then simply select your student by clicking on their name.
4. Click the green button to donate with a credit card, no amount is to small!
Donations in the form of a check (Made out to WCMS PTSO) can also be accepted and must be turned into your student’s homeroom teacher no later than Friday October 31, 2025. Please make sure to include your student’s information (name, grade, home room).

For every $10 you raise, you will earn one entry ticket
15 winners will be drawn for EACH grade level
Game truck will be at school on December 19th, each winner will receive 45 minute of play time!
Individual Prize Levels
Any donation = skate pass to Beechmont Rollarena
$10 = Ice Cream Treat from WCMS Cafe
$25 = Full Size Candy Bar
$50 = Wolves Water Bottle
$75 = Wolves Spirit Wear T-Shirt
$100 = Wolf Celebration Party Pack from WCMS Cafe (2 slices of pizza, drink and chips for you and 3 friends during lunch)
Top Earners
The top earner in each grade will receive a $100 gift certificate to Sandbox VR - Liberty Township
