How Do I Place An Order?
Simply choose what color and size of an item that you'd like and add them to your cart! You will then check out using our online system via Paypal to insure your information stays secure.
Payment & Shipping
After payment has processed, we will have items ready for pick up at WCMS no more than 5 business days later. When items purchased are not in stock, and are preordered, items will be made available for pick up no longer than 5 business days after they are delivered from our vendor. A PTSO representative will contact you when your items are ready for pick up or they will be delivered to your child in their advisory class when that option is available to us.
Returns & Refunds
We will gladly work with you to exchange items purchased for items of different sizes (when available). If an exchange is not available for the item purchased, we may offer a refund for up to 7 days after customer is notified that product is available for pick up.
Since PTSO Board members change from school year to school year, customer is responsible for ensuring they have ordered items in their possession prior to the end of the school year items were ordered during (If you order an item during the school year that starts in 2021 and ends in 2022, customer is responsible for making sure they have ordered item in their possession prior to the last day of school prior to summer break). If for some reason items have not been received by customer by the end of the school year (for instance, if PTSO delivered item to teacher mailbox and student did not bring item home from school), it is customer's responsibility to notify the PTSO of this NO LATER THAN 5 days after the completion of the school year. If customer does not notify PTSO within that time frame, it is up to the discretion of the PTSO whether or not to replace customer's order (as it will be assumed that customer did receive order, unless PTSO has information indicating something to the contrary).
